No one's story is the same, but betrayal does have similar patterns and there are predictable behaviors along the way. There are also proven methods that can help you go from shattered to transformed. They have worked in my own life and in the lives of countless others. If you’re willing to do the heart work, transformation is possible.
What is betrayal trauma?
Betrayal Trauma results from the violation of trust by someone close, especially when that person is relied upon for support, safety, or well-being. Betrayal takes a lot of forms -- sexual, financial or relational.
In other words, it’s a big dark secret, kept from you by someone you trusted.
Once the secrets are uncovered, you are left broken hearted and facing a crisis of relationship.
Coaching Services
No one should walk alone. I can help guide through the process to find your unique path to healing.
Private Coaching Structure
I offer a free 30-minute video or phone call for all prospective clients. At that time, we will make a mutual decision on how best to support your healing journey.
My private sessions are $120 per hour. The initial commitment is to 3 private sessions within 6 weeks timeframe. After that, we can establish an ongoing routine that best supports your needs and goals. I offer both in-person coaching in the Atlanta area and remote coaching sessions online.
Family and Small Group Coaching
Many community, family or workplace leaders are not equipped with tools to address the fallout and are caught off-guard when a betrayal event takes place. I can help educate your community about betrayal trauma and its lasting impact.
Session pricing is available upon request, based on the size of the group.
